A new role at Senior Management level, the Head of Governance & Communication will work closely with the Chief Executive to oversee a broad portfolio including governance and trustee services, strategic communications, climate action, risk management, and organisational policy.

Grants & Outreach Manager
Playing a key role in delivering and developing the Trust’s charitable work, this person will manage outreach and grant-funded projects. Strong project management experience is required, with a PRINCE2 or PMP qualification desirable.

Bridge Technician
This is an opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about bridges and has a sound understanding of structural behaviour. The Bridge Team looks after the Grade 2-listed Old Bridge, the Service Bridge and the New Bridge over a tidal area of the River Medway.
Experience in the maintenance and management of bridges and other highway structures is essential. This is a role for a qualified EngTech MICE, TIStructE or BTEC Level 3 Diploma in civil engineering plus relevant experience.
