Two people working on the Rochester Bridge Refurbishment Project have been rewarded for their dedication in the latest round of the Employee of the Month award.
Stephen Beech of FM Conway, and Nick Dale of Alltask have been presented with Amazon vouchers for £50 and £25 respectively.
Site operative Stephen was nominated because of his hard work, good attitude and consideration to his colleagues, while scaffolder supervisor Nick’s professional manner and commitment to health and safety prompted his recognition.
Jim Booth, Service Manager at the Rochester Bridge Trust, commented: “The refurbishment project is a busy site, with a range of contractors working together to bring the bridges into the best possible condition. The team has really pulled together to overcome the challenges of both the job and the pandemic, and we are grateful for the extra efforts people are going to as they ensure work is carried out to the highest possible standard.
“Stephen and Nick particularly stood out this month and we are pleased to be able to reward their efforts.”
