The Rochester Bridge Refurbishment Project may not reach Rochester Esplanade until towards the end of the scheme, but work to design this area began some time ago.

We don’t want to give too much away at this stage – we have to save some things for later – but in their own words, the organisation is ‘animating an important landscape and telling a vital story of the significance of the river crossing throughout history’.
If you can’t wait until we are ready to tell you more, the physical creation of their designs is already under way.
