Dedication to project management recognised with accreditation

More than a decade of experience and achievement has resulted in the Rochester Bridge Trust’s Bridge Programme Manager being granted project management accreditation.

Kate Castle has become a Member of the Association for Project Management (APM), in recognition of the dedication she has demonstrated through her work.

Kate explained: “It was interesting looking back over my career, reviewing why I started down the project management route and why it’s so enjoyable. I got into the profession more than ten years ago, when I started creating programmes for engineering projects. This then built to the point where I managed whole programmes of works.

“It’s a brilliant career and means I get to see and help solve all kinds of problems, working with a range of specialists to engineer solutions.

“This accreditation means a lot to me because it is professional recognition of my skills and the start of my journey to becoming chartered – which is the next challenge in my career!”

The APM is the only chartered body for the project profession. See https://www.apm.org.uk/membership/full-member/ to find out more.
