A site-based consultant engineer, Josh represents the Trust as part of the Rochester Bridge Refurbishment Project. He joined the team in October 2019, on secondment for one year from Tony Gee and Partners.
As a member of the team overseeing the refurbishment, his role includes ensuring construction work is in accordance with the agreed designs and to the quality standards required by the Trust. Josh also checks all site activities are conducted safely. In short: scope, specification and safety.
Josh chose civil engineering as a career after a series of work experience opportunities introduced him to the breadth of work possible, meaning a new challenge is always on the horizon. He became a sponsored student under Tony Gee in 2012, joining the company full time in 2016.
Having wanted a career that involves technical complexity and continuous engagement, Josh has come to the right place!
