Road users are advised there will be temporary single lane restrictions on the bridges at Rochester for two nights on Thursday and Friday, 16-17 March, to enable essential works to take place.
Single lane traffic management is scheduled to run from approximately 9pm until 5am, in order to minimise disruption to road-users.
The works are to carry out routine maintenance to clean the parapets and expansion joints of both the Old Bridge and the New Bridge, as well as additional cleaning of the porticoes.
Routine maintenance is carried out at Net Zero Carbon, using a variety of carbon-friendly working practices.
The works will be carried out by FM Conway, on behalf of the Rochester Bridge Trust.
